These Terms govern access to and use of this website, including browsing product information, viewing or downloading brochures, submitting enquiries, requesting quotations or callbacks, and communicating with Shree Sai Products through the website.
Important: These website Terms do not by themselves constitute a purchase order, sales contract, manufacturing agreement, warranty, or unconditional commitment to supply any particular product. Individual commercial transactions are governed by the specific written commercial documents applicable to that transaction.

Where applicable, statutory business information, including GST information, may be provided on invoices, quotations, purchase documents, or other official commercial documentation.
2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms govern use of the website and its publicly available content and functions. They do not replace or override specific written commercial terms agreed between Shree Sai Products and a customer.
Depending on the transaction, additional documents may apply, including quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, approved technical drawings, specifications, warranty documents and delivery terms.
Order of Precedence: If these Terms conflict with a specific written commercial document applicable to a transaction, the specific commercial document shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency, provided that the document has been issued or accepted by Shree Sai Products.
3. Website Access and Acceptable Use
Visitors may use the website for legitimate informational and business purposes. You must not:
- Submit knowingly false or fraudulent information.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Obtain unauthorised access.
- Introduce malware or harmful code.
- Interfere with website operation or security.
- Conduct unauthorised vulnerability testing or exploitation.
- Systematically scrape proprietary information without permission.
- Commercially reproduce proprietary materials without authorisation.
- Use the website for unlawful purposes.
Nothing in this section restricts activities expressly permitted by applicable law.
4. Website Content and Product Information
Product names, photographs, descriptions, dimensions, specifications, illustrations, brochures, drawings, colours, finishes, applications, capacities and other website information are provided for general information and commercial enquiry purposes.
We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but website information may change due to product improvements, manufacturing changes, material availability, supplier changes, design modifications, discontinuation, updates, or errors.
Website information should not be treated as the final technical specification unless expressly incorporated into applicable written commercial documentation. A product displayed on the website does not by itself constitute an unconditional offer, quotation, acceptance of an order, or commitment to supply.
5. Quotations and Contract Formation
A website enquiry, callback request, price request, email, telephone conversation, WhatsApp communication or other enquiry does not automatically create a contract.
A commercial transaction becomes binding only when applicable commercial terms have been appropriately agreed and accepted, including where applicable a written quotation, sales order, purchase order acceptance, proforma invoice, advance payment, approved technical documentation or other written commercial confirmation.
6. Customer-Supplied Information and Technical Approval
Customers are responsible for ensuring that information supplied for quotation or manufacturing is accurate and complete, including:
- Dimensions and measurements
- Drawings and cut-outs
- Equipment dimensions
- Mounting requirements
- Cable-entry requirements
- Door direction
- Lock and hinge requirements
- Materials and finishes
- Site conditions
- Installation requirements
Where Shree Sai Products provides technical documentation for approval, the customer must verify it before approval. Once approved, manufacturing may proceed on that basis. Customer-requested changes after approval may result in additional costs, revised timelines, rework charges or cancellation restrictions.
Nothing in this section excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Custom products may be manufactured or modified according to customer-specific requirements. Once manufacturing, material procurement, cutting, bending, welding, fabrication, painting, powder coating, assembly or other irreversible work has commenced pursuant to an accepted order, cancellation or modification may not be possible or may be subject to applicable costs and commercial terms.
Any cancellation, modification, refund or adjustment shall be governed by the applicable quotation, order confirmation, invoice or written commercial agreement. Nothing excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Pricing, Taxes and Payment
Prices displayed on the website, where applicable, are subject to change unless specifically confirmed in writing.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, applicable GST, freight, transportation, loading and unloading, installation, site-related expenses, special packaging, accessories and other applicable charges may be additional.
The applicable quotation or commercial document determines final pricing and payment terms. Dispatch may be subject to cleared payment or balance payment under agreed terms.
9. Manufacturing Tolerances and Product Variations
Sheet-metal fabrication and related processes may involve reasonable variations in dimensions, material thickness, bending, welding, surface finish, powder coating, colour, assembly, alignment, hardware and other characteristics.
Applicable tolerances shall be determined by the approved technical drawing, product specification, applicable technical or industry standard, quotation, purchase order, sales order or written agreement.
Important: Shree Sai Products does not impose a blanket universal manufacturing tolerance such as +/-5% across every product. Where a particular tolerance is technically important, it should be expressly recorded in applicable technical documentation.
Screen and physical colours may differ because of display settings, lighting and photography.
10. Product Compliance, Certification and Performance
Where a product is represented as complying with a technical standard, safety standard, fire-resistance rating, certification, test requirement or performance specification, that representation relates only to the specific product and documentation for which it is expressly made.
Customers should not infer certification, approval, fire rating, electrical rating, structural performance or other compliance merely from a photograph, product name, catalogue description or website presentation. Where required, rely on applicable product-specific documentation.
11. Fire Doors and Safety-Related Products
Products intended for fire protection, safety, electrical protection, industrial use, storage or other safety-sensitive applications depend upon specified configuration, intended application, installation conditions and applicable technical documentation.
Products should not be modified, installed or used outside their specified application without appropriate technical evaluation.
Where installation, testing, certification, commissioning or inspection is required, responsibility shall be allocated according to the applicable written commercial agreement.
12. Delivery, Freight and Logistics
Delivery dates and dispatch timelines are estimates unless expressly agreed as binding in writing. Delays may occur because of:
- Transporter delays or vehicle availability
- Road or government restrictions
- Weather or natural events
- Labour disruption
- Raw-material shortages
- Supplier delays
- Manufacturing interruptions
- Loading or unloading issues
- Interstate or local transportation requirements
- Other circumstances beyond reasonable control
The applicable quotation or sales agreement determines agreed delivery terms.
13. Transit Damage and Delivery Inspection
Where goods are transported through a third-party carrier, applicable delivery and risk terms are determined by the commercial agreement.
Customers should inspect goods promptly upon delivery. Where visible external transit damage exists, customers should record the condition with the transporter and retain photographs, delivery records, LR/transport documents or other relevant evidence.
Claims relating to transit damage should be raised promptly under applicable commercial and transport terms.
14. Installation, Site Conditions and Customer Responsibility
Unless expressly included in writing, supply does not automatically include:
- Installation
- Civil work
- Electrical work
- Site preparation
- Foundation work
- Anchoring
- Wiring
- Commissioning
- Testing
- Integration
- Removal of existing equipment
Customers are responsible for ensuring site and supporting infrastructure suitability. Where Shree Sai Products undertakes installation or commissioning, scope is governed by the applicable written agreement.
15. Warranty
Any warranty applicable to a product is governed by the warranty terms expressly provided in the quotation, sales order, invoice, warranty document, technical agreement or other written commercial documentation.
The website does not create a separate or additional warranty, guarantee, service-level commitment, performance promise or fitness-for-purpose obligation.
Warranty may depend on:
- Correct installation and handling
- Appropriate storage
- Intended use
- Proper maintenance
- Operating and environmental conditions
- Compliance with specifications
- Absence of unauthorised modification
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts a legal right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
16. Returns, Replacement and Rejection
Any return, replacement, rejection, rectification, credit or adjustment relating to supplied goods is governed by the applicable quotation, purchase order, sales order, invoice, warranty terms or other written agreement.
Custom-made products may have different conditions. Customers should notify Shree Sai Products promptly regarding alleged shortage, damage, manufacturing issue or specification discrepancy and provide reasonable supporting information.
Mandatory statutory rights and remedies are not excluded.
17. Customer Confidential Information
Where a customer provides drawings, specifications, project information, commercial information, technical documents, photographs or other information reasonably identified or understood to be confidential, Shree Sai Products will use it only as reasonably necessary to evaluate, quote, manufacture, supply, communicate about or perform the relevant engagement, subject to applicable law and commercial agreements.
This does not apply to information that:
- Is publicly available without breach.
- Was already lawfully known.
- Is independently developed.
- Must be disclosed under applicable law or lawful authority.
A separate NDA or confidentiality agreement prevails where applicable.
18. Intellectual Property and Copyright
Unless otherwise stated, original text, photographs, graphics, product documentation, brochures, branding elements, layouts and other materials created or commissioned by Shree Sai Products for this website are owned by or used under licence by Shree Sai Products and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party trademarks, logos, software, photographs, icons, embedded content and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Nothing grants ownership of Shree Sai Products’ intellectual property. Proprietary materials must not be reproduced, republished, commercially exploited, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without appropriate permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
19. Customer-Supplied Intellectual Property
If you provide drawings, CAD files, photographs, logos, specifications, technical documents, designs or other intellectual property, you represent that you have the necessary rights or authority to provide it for the relevant business purpose.
You remain responsible for ensuring that supplied material does not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights. Shree Sai Products may use it only as reasonably necessary for the relevant commercial engagement, subject to applicable confidentiality obligations and agreements.
20. Force Majeure

Where practicable, material delays will be communicated and reasonable steps taken to resume performance.
21. Website Availability and Technical Information
We make reasonable efforts to maintain website availability and accuracy, but do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, free from malware, or always contain the latest product information.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, update or restrict website features where reasonably necessary. This does not affect contractual rights arising from an already accepted commercial transaction.
22. Third-Party Websites and Services
The website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including Google Maps, IndiaMART, WhatsApp, social-media platforms, logistics services and other external services.
Third-party services operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies and practices. Shree Sai Products does not control and is not responsible for independent content, availability, security, privacy practices or terms of third-party services.

- Loss of profits
- Loss of revenue
- Loss of production
- Loss of business opportunity
- Loss of goodwill
- Loss of anticipated savings
For a specific commercial transaction, any limitation of liability is governed by the applicable quotation, sales order, purchase agreement, warranty document or other written commercial agreement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory statutory liability, product liability or consumer rights.
27. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, damages, costs or reasonable legal expenses arising directly from:
- Your material breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms creates or is intended to create a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, franchise or representative relationship unless expressly agreed in writing. Neither party has authority to bind the other except where expressly authorised.
